Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Returns Process

2. Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the item.

3. Packaging: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Refund/Exchange: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed within 7 days and will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as outlined above. Indicate the item you would like to receive in exchange.
